很多同學在使用影視作品進行聽練的時候，以為一直不斷地聽或者看就可以了，但實際上這個方法的效率並不高，各位同學在開始練習可以注意以下事項：
1.第一遍先要了解劇情概要，你可以選擇看中文的分集劇情介紹，或者無字幕版本的「生肉」，可以在看的時候手動遮擋一下屏幕下方的中英文字幕，邊聽邊記錄一些關鍵詞，大致拼湊出一個故事架構，練習一下自己抓去關鍵信息的能力；
2.准備一個專門的筆記本，一方面可以進行精聽練習，另一方面也可以用於重點詞彙、短語表達和經典句子的記錄；
3.跟讀和模仿劇中表達，可以使用「shadowing影子跟讀法」，聽一句跟讀復述一句，來熟悉剛才記錄下來的重要表達，同時還能熟悉自然的語音語調。
