01：《误杀》
这部电影当时看的时候完全没有抱任何的期望值，但是在看完之后却让人感触非常深。以亲情为载体将维杰的父爱展现的淋漓尽致，又通过警察滥用职权、阶级对抗等，引发对社会制度的深度思考，完成度非常高。其中有两个片段让我非常的震撼。
其一是两位母亲的正面battle。其中一位是受害者的母亲，平时性格软弱，另一位是警察，两个人为了自己的孩子生动形象的诠释了“为母则刚”，一句“有的孩子是孩子，有的孩子是禽兽”把剧情推向高潮，让人鸡皮疙瘩都起来了，不得不叹服，果然一个母亲为了孩子不管自己怎么样都会冲在前面护他们周全。
我觉得这部电影其实是有很多的精华部分，但是让我记忆尤新的当然是那个常大爷的画面。"大爷，楼上322住的是马冬梅家吧？"”马东什么？”“马冬梅。”“什么冬梅阿？”“马冬梅啊！”“马什么梅？”……这位大家当时是随便请的一个大爷演的，但是这个场面却逗笑了全国观众，老大爷肯定没想过会成为了经典吧哈哈。
