❶ 摘錄/匯總《救貓咪——電影編劇指南》1——一句話故事
寫劇本動筆前先寫「一句話故事」（logline），或一句話簡介（ one-line）。
優秀的一句話故事都有共同點，除了回答「它講的是什麼」這個問題，還都包含了4個成功的要素：
一、優秀的一句話故事必須具備的首要因素：反諷，或稱鉤子（the hook），它的作用就是勾起你的興趣。（情感上要吸引人）
（註：「反諷」這個翻譯不太好，可能是反差，轉折，意料之外這類的意思。）
例1：一個警察來洛杉磯探望與他兩地分居的老婆，結果老婆上班的辦公大樓被恐怖分子佔領了。——《虎膽龍威》（Die Hard）
例2：一個商人愛上了他雇來假扮他女朋友的妓女。——《漂亮女人》（Pretty Woman）
二、優秀的一句話故事必備的第二重要的要素是：能讓你從中看到整部電影。（美妙的腦補畫面）
例1：「她是個完美的凳顫女人，只要別喝醉。」——《盲目的約會》（Blind Date）
例2：「一個謹小慎微的教師准備跟他深愛的女孩結婚，但偏偏未來的大舅子是個保護欲過剩的警察，要求他必須先跟一趟地獄之旅。——《佐州自救兄弟》（Ride Along）
為什麼「離水之魚」（fish-out-of -water）的故事這么流行：一個特定類型的人物，被推進了一個完全超出他理解能力的世界裡，你能看到這樣一個故事所具有的潛力。如《佐州自救兄弟》：一個天真而膽小的教師被丟進了他的警察大舅子每天面對的犯罪世界裡。
如果你寫不出合格的一句話故事，也許應該重新審視你的整部電影。
三、優秀的一句話故事要能體現出這部電影是給誰看的，以及拍出來要花多少錢。（吸引電影公司的買家）
例1：「一對新婚夫婦要在聖誕節這天跑遍雙方父母的四個再婚家庭。」——《四個聖誕節》（Four Christmases），屬四象限電影，能吸引到最大范圍的潛在觀眾。
例2：「一個新入職的員工去參加公司的周末集體度假，結果發現有個人想殺他。」——《度假》（The Retreat）
美國電影工業體系將電影觀眾劃分為四個象限：
第一象限：25歲以下男性。第二象限：25歲以下女性。
第三象限：25歲以上男性。第四象限：25歲以上女悄粗輪性。
四象限電影即受眾覆蓋全部四個象限的影片，相當於「合家歡電影」。
四、最後，優秀的一句話故事必須配上合適的片名，這樣才會產生絕妙的效果。
優秀的片名必須既有反諷，還要能濃縮影片的故事 。如：《律政俏佳人》（Legally Blonde）。要想出一個既能准確表述，又不會過於直白（on the nose）而顯得愚蠢的片名，本身就是一門藝術。 反面例子：《為愛還是為錢》（For Love or Money）
優秀的片名要具體的一個關鍵要素，是要能作為整 個故事 的大標題。它說清了片子講的是什麼。
綜合片名和一句話故事所有要求：反諷、期待感、目標觀眾和拍攝成本啟信，而且清楚地說明了講的是什麼。

After winning a trip on the RMS Titanic ring a dockside card game, American Jack Dawson spots the society girl Rose DeWitt Bukater who is on her way to Philadelphia to marry her rich snob fiance Cal Hockley.
