第二天有DH老師電影分享，11點點開這部電影，猛一抬頭，已是深夜，陷入了久久的回憶之中，歡樂與憂傷反復交織，
如何面對人生的重大的失去與離別是每個必修的功課，如果走不出來，會給你一生帶來重大傷害，如果走出來，會對人生特別大的成長和祝福.
在自己而立之年，也面對自己至親之人的猝然離開，巨大的悲痛並不像有些電視中表現的哭天搶地，而是處於一種麻木之中，感覺不到，與世界隔離的狀態（就像海邊的曼徹斯特男主無法釋懷的悲傷），，就像手部外傷，會讓人感到疼痛，而斷臂會讓機體處於一種應激狀態，感覺神經已經遭到破壞，我直到第三天起床，來到洗手間，看到親人物品仍在，不禁跪在地上，嗚咽起來。
害怕影響她一生的恐懼是如何開始的
失去，特別是面對突然的失去，被動的失去了最愛的人，讓他們無法從巨大的傷痛中走出來。
家庭的出軌，母親的遽然離世，父親的遽然離世
原本和睦的家庭場景：
就如開頭，當父親在房間里追趕這 Kitty，大聲喊叫這potato chip，家庭的溫馨，讓我想起，小時候最喜歡的就是自己雙臂撐直立於身體兩側，與父親掌心對掌心，被父親高高舉起。甜蜜的場景依舊浮現在腦海中。
但家庭生活必然充滿著沖突，甜蜜與痛苦交織，正如這部電影給我的感受。

所以我可以理解片頭羅素克勞和副駕老婆關於出軌的吵架，對於坐在後面的kitty的負面影響其實是很深的。隱約能感到羅素克勞夫婦平時的感情也許並沒那麼甜蜜，kitty對於婚姻的不安全感應該是有的。
