游龍戲鳳，意思是在古代封建時的皇帝（龍），在民間巡遊時，遇到了自己喜歡的女子，名字中帶有（鳳）。後人稱這次巡遊為游龍戲鳳。

程仲森(劉德華飾)26歲就考進了美國頂級基金公司，未夠二十年，已躍登首位華人主席，他三度結婚又三度離婚。多年來，當他以為「愛情」不會再在他身上發生，他竟在澳門碰上了米蘭（舒淇飾）。
賭場的大廳是仲森第一次遇上米蘭的地方，二人間的火花在瞬間爆發。無心的相遇，卻換來理所當然的相愛，望著米蘭的舞姿，仲森為她第一次的心動，縱使當時米蘭還以為仲森是一名普通的爛賭仔，同樣，在澳門這個花花世界中尋到真愛的還有阿Jo。
阿Jo (何韻詩飾)是程仲森助理，表面剛強，當所有男人都把她當作Buddy的時候，在感情世界裡，Jo卻是一名無膽初哥。從內地到澳門做裝修的林九(張涵予飾)與阿Jo相比，無論從背景、教育、賺錢能力、身份都輸九條街，但他對人的誠意、關心和對女性的呵護都令阿Jo身上的鐵甲慢慢融化。
仲森的司機阿成喜歡漂亮的單親媽媽霍湘如，在照顧這對母女的過程中，漸漸感染到湘如女兒帶給他的真情與快樂，於是從內心接受這個可愛的小天使。
三對情侶，在經歷過無數的「第一次」後，雖能相愛，但卻荊棘滿途，當米蘭發現仲森的真正身份後，事件竟出現變化。對仲森，愛情永遠是零利率「無得計」，但二人的愛情卻不幸地出現「計錯階段」，仲森愛米蘭，但米蘭卻不明白，更氣憤仲森對她的不信任，然後一走了之。在「爭取幸福」的電視節目中，到場的情侶只有兩對半，米蘭缺席，始終不肯接聽電話 。
