卡通的還是真人的？如果要詞彙簡單的話，那動畫和卡通片是比較好的選擇。
迪士尼動畫電影里都還可以，語速不會太快然後又能很輕松的就聽懂。
但是如果你不想要動畫的話，你可以去試試一些好幾年前的愛情片/喜劇。你可以試試Mean Girls，很經典的一部電影。或者10 Things I Hate About You，之類之類的。。。或者迪士尼的魔幻真人片，根據睡美人編的：Maleficent （超喜歡這個電影但是難度會比較高一點點）
動畫有：Finding Dory, Frozen, The Little Mermaid, Trolls, Minions, Inside Out（這個可能會好一點）, Finding Nemo, Kung Fu Panda (一，二，三部隨你選）。
